Lindy Hop is an African American social dance that emerged within Black communities in Harlem, New York, during the 1920s and 1930s, deeply connected to Jazz music and Swing culture.

Led by Edmilson Botelho and Gabriela Manfredini, these regular intermediate/advanced classes are designed for dancers with previous Lindy Hop experience, offering an opportunity to deepen their vocabulary, technique, musicality, improvisation and partner communication.

Beyond learning steps and figures, the classes explore Lindy Hop as a social dance and the relationship between music, movement and partner, while also creating space for its history and cultural context.
