A calming evening practice to slow down and release tension. Gentle stretches, soothing breath and deep relaxation help reset the nervous system and prepare the body and mind for rest.
Each class combines Pranayama (breath), Asanas (movement)and Meditation, always linked to a theme that inspires inner growth, helping to look inward and connect with yourself and to stay strong and balanced mentally and physically. The sessions blend Hatha and Vinyasa, grounding yet energizing and are open to all levels. The classes last 1h15 and cost 5 euros.
