Each class combines Pranayama (breath), Asanas (movement) and Meditation, always linked to a theme that inspires inner growth, helping to look inward and connect with yourself, to stay strong and balanced mentally and physically. The practice blends Hatha and Vinyasa, grounding yet energizing and are open to all levels. Each session lasts 1 hour and 15 minutes and costs 5€.
