Superficiário — Recolha de arquivo de rua com scanners portáteis
Pop-Up do Futuro
Superficiário

Bombarda is made up of multiple visual layers—fragmented urban messages that, at first glance, seem trivial, but together tell the invisible story of the neighborhood. The Superficiário activity invites each participant to become a “surface collector” of the block: equipped with portable scanners, they explore streets and corners to digitally capture urban interventions, architectural textures, and marks of local commerce.

Each scan is a piece of archive, but also a work in itself — distorted, enlarged, reimagined. Back at Martim Cópias, these images are printed or projected, composing a constantly changing mosaic. Thus, a collective and living archive is born, always incomplete, always growing — a testimony that Bombarda reinvents itself on its surfaces.

This event is part of the Pop-Up do Futuro program, an initiative included in Bombarda Digital, a project funded by the Recovery and Resilience Plan, led by the Municipality of Porto in partnership with Porto Digital, Associação Quarteirão Criativo, and AHRESP.

More than a cultural event, Pop-Up do Futuro is a meeting point for residents, visitors, merchants, and creators, consolidating Bombarda as a territory of innovation, diversity, and experimentation.
