The ESMAE Classical Orchestra opens its concert season for this academic year with an unmissable performance, taking place on Thursday, October 2, at 7:00 p.m., at the Helena Sá e Costa Theatre. Under the direction of conductor Jan Wierzba, the program features Max Bruch’s Concerto for Two Pianos, Op. 88a, with the special participation of pianists and faculty members Constantin Sandu and Telmo Marques. The program also includes Ludwig van Beethoven’s Symphony No. 5 in C minor, Op. 67.
