To mark the closing of the exhibition "No Stable Ground", Galeria Adorna hosts a conversation between artists Attilio Fiumarella and Paulo Catrica, with the participation of Estefânia R. de Almeida, curator of the exhibition.

Taking "No Stable Ground" as a starting point, the conversation brings into dialogue two distinct photographic practices that explore the relationships between image, space and territory. In Paulo Catrica’s work, photography engages closely with landscape, architecture and the representation of space; Attilio Fiumarella works with found objects and materials, removing them from their usual relationships to construct temporary configurations that acquire a new existence through photography.

The conversation proposes thinking about photography not only as a way of observing the world, but also as a means of constructing and reorganising relationships between matter, space and territory.
