There is a clear thread running through the path that guitarists Frankie Chavez and Peixe have been following at the helm of the Miramar project. If the duo’s first album was described as a travel diary on a road travelled contemplatively and the second as a laboratory of places, the brand new Miramar III already embodies an album of memories from the space where it all happened. There are visits, there is noise, there are neighbours, there is interference and possible consequences. Frankie Chavez and Peixe approach memories from new angles, in an attempt to return to the place where they were happy, hoping that this place, like them, has changed. It is the third volume of a story told by two, where departures and returns are part of an endless journey that is simulated in time.
