About yoga with Lisa
Each class combines Pranayama (breathing), Asanas (movement), and Meditation, always linked to a theme that inspires inner growth, helping you to look inward and connect with yourself, and to stay strong and balanced mentally and physically. Combining Hatha and Vinyasa, the classes are stabilizing yet energizing, and open to all levels. Each session lasts 1 hour and 15 minutes and costs €5.
