GMP is opening a new exhibition space dedicated to emerging artists working in the city. The artist launching this new project –- located on the floor -1, in the foyer of the Almeida Garrett Municipal Library Auditorium –- is Rita Caldo, with "As in heaven, so on earth", curated by Patrícia Coelho.

With a degree in Fine Arts from the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Porto and taking as a reference the work of psychoanalysts such as Sigmund Freud and Donald Winnicott, the artist explores how narrative, space and figure generate an imaginary place.
