With a penchant for exploring the ambivalence of experimentalism, Cody XV employs unconventional techniques and technologies in his work, using field recording, modular synthesizers, sampling, granular synthesis, and creative programming, always focusing on the sound atom, the basic particle from which each of his pieces is composed.

Diogo Mendes complements the performance and explores alternative and original ramifications of scenography and lighting design. He translates a permanent search for the essential, the sober, and above all, the belief that “less is more.”

They dedicate part of themselves to each performance in order to make it a shared experience with listeners through their imagination, always focusing on the wonder of the moment.

This event is part of the Pop-Up do Futuro program, an initiative included in Bombarda Digital, a project funded by the Recovery and Resilience Plan, led by the Municipality of Porto in partnership with Porto Digital, Associação Quarteirão Criativo, and AHRESP.
