Eve, a triumphant weapon of cunning and evasion, activates the spirits and ancestors. She spreads, on a long table, her handmade pieces and tapestries, glued pieces, cuts and erasures, penetrating the secret of skins, longevity, antiquity, constructed history. Eva accepts the loss of her face to play a role, reunite the old bodies and play the role of icon. She disembodies herself to embody the expression of a symbol. She offers herself to the mimicry of a fluid ritual between idealized bodies-souls to give rise to ruin, damage, loss. Eve is the revealing permutation that civilization has become accustomed to: from death one is born. Act of objectification available to everyone... easy, offered, immediate, authentic, passive and active, present and absent at the same time. Eve, an ambivalent image that goes through the mask of death, that pierces with her gaze the behavioral and social codes, that impose artificial nature, that frees us from courtesy and that undresses in bow to sacred semination.
