This workshop invites participants to create an artist’s notebook that can also serve as a personal diary, a journaling notebook, or even a photo album. In the first part, Marta Afonso from Atelier Karaka will introduce hand-printing techniques using various types of stamps and stencils, encouraging experimentation and individual expression. Each participant will combine a stamp they have created with other elements to personalize papers and binding fabrics. In the second part, Catarina Azevedo, from Alfaiate do Livro, will guide participants through the long-stitch binding process to create a unique and personal hardcover notebook.
