The Lebanese violinist of Armenian descent, Ara Malikian, revealed his immense talent early on, having studied in Germany and England and absorbed musical influences from various cultures. Awarded in multiple competitions, he has performed on stages in over 40 countries, both solo and in duos, as well as a guest with prestigious orchestras, and has released over 20 albums. His current tour is inspired by paternal love: “It comes from watching my son grow up. It’s full of dinosaurs, robotic squids, time machines, flying pianos, and bilingual cuddles. It’s that powerful thing I had forgotten about—the magic of finding each day and each path fascinating.”
