This workshop is an open invitation to everyone aged 16 and over to immerse themselves in a rich, curious and challenging movement practice - there's no need for previous experience, just a willingness to explore.
In a relaxed atmosphere, the body will be the point of departure and arrival: traversing unknown situations, dealing with constant challenges and opening up space for discovery. We'll explore different senses such as seeing, doing, feeling, being and repeating, allowing you to stimulate mobility, strength, balance and coordination.
This is a space for experimenting, listening to the body and expanding awareness of its capacities and qualities. A journey through physicality that invites each person to discover new forms of presence, action and expression.
