PROFILE DESIGN is a performance where dance and fashion collide, exploring identity as a mutable construction. Outfits suspended in space act as reflections of possible selves - masks, desires, projections. The creation delves into the tension between being and seeming, questioning what we wear to belong and what we take off to find ourselves. Clothes thus become a metaphor for the layers we wear throughout our lives - layers we adopt in order to fit into different contexts - revealing both internal conflicts and the strategies we use to shape, protect or reveal who we are.

about Lea Siebrecht:

Lea Siebrecht born in Vila Viçosa on November 27, 1997 and has lived in Porto since 2012. Her academic career began at the Jobra Music Conservatory, followed by the Girne American University in Performing Arts and culminated in the intensive program OFICINA ZERO. Lea is currently co-founder of the cultural space A PiSCiNA, where she coordinates the Submergir program (educational service), choreographer and artistic director of A Site Specific Dance Project, dancer at the ARTE TOTAL Dance Company and programmer at Zero Box Lodge. With a strong passion for artistic experimentation and creative metamorphosis, over the last five years she has been developing an authorial path in video dance with highlights such as the works “ZERO” - winner of best authorial fashion film -; “CONCRETE” - Nominated for best cinematography and winner of best short film - "VULTURES" - her first short film and “FRACTAL”, performed by Kayzer Ballet Dance Company and touring at festivals. As creative director and choreographer Lea has already created the performances “O Labirinto”, “Bolhão Mercado Vivo” and “O BERÇO” for Ágora - culture and sport of Porto, “Memories from the underground” for Alfândega do Porto “A Matriz” with the unstable choreographic center and her most recent show “Em Estado Liquido”, a creation for the Performing Arts Company MUDA’TE.
