A new chapter opens for The Black Wizards 2026. With a new album set to be released by Hassle Records - "Killing The Buzz" - recorded by Cooper Crain (Cave, Bitchin Bajas) and mastered by Mikey Young, the band takes a turn towards a rawer, more direct sound, where garage weight and live energy take center stage. While retaining their psychedelic roots, they now focus on more immediate, incisive songs with lyrics rooted in the present.
For one of their first shows in Portugal, the Porto trio - Joana Brito, José Roberto Gomes, and Helena Peixoto - bring the urgency of this new chapter to an intense, no-frills performance.
