In this workshop, participants can explore their capability for physical expression and particularly how to express thoughts and feelings only through their movement qualities. Through a variety of physical exercises, improvisation and fun group games you will be immersed into the magnificent world of the craft of acting without words. Discover how to build a character from scratch and how to make him/her/it alive. Open to all levels, bodies and curiosities.

About the trainer:

Danae Tikou is an actress, director, and physical theatre trainer from Greece. She is passionate about how the body tells stories beyond words. Her work centers on physical precision, collective energy, and the expressive power of silence, always seeking theatre that is bold, playful, and deeply alive.  She is founding member of Art Vouveau Theatre Group, performing and teaching since 2013.
