"We live in the constant act of breathing, inhalation/exhalation, systole/diastole, the heartbeat of the world that never ceases, moving forward into the unknown Universe.
We awaken with the fresh air of morning, renewed, washed, prepared to sediment events; we expand thoughts and feelings, and contract others in constant transformation.
We, living beings, exist in bubbles as hot as the Sun or as cold as the black hole. We carry all of this within us.
The oxidation of iron, the colors of wood bring us closer to the soil, to the earth that saw us born and that will one day consume us. And in so much eating, in so much breathing, together we all sediment along eternal time, becoming stone.
Stone that sustains us, yet returns again to the fine sand of the sea, expanding like the wind.
In deep and turbulent waters, we sometimes seek the calm that allows us to bathe and savor, for brief moments, the sedimentation of the event."
