On 11 July, A Beneficência Familiar will host an afternoon dedicated to well-being, movement and balance.
The Breathe. Laugh. Flow. workshop cycle brings together three complementary sessions — Breathing, Laughter Yoga and Tai Chi & Yoga — designed to help participants slow down, release tension, stimulate the body and experience a greater sense of lightness and calm.
Open to all ages and levels, this event invites the community to take a moment for self-care in an accessible, relaxed and welcoming environment.
