Pre-Desassossego takes place one year before the Desassossego International Festival of Short Video Dance Films. This festival aims to promote video dance and encourage its creation. It invites the public to participate in video/creation workshops, talks on artistic practices, concerts, a dinner with cinema and, of course, the screening of the short films selected for the festival. The Pré-Desassossego includes workshops on the creation of short video dance films, the organization of a dinner with cinema and a film session with music. Pré-Desassossego marks the beginning of the logistical preparations for the 2nd edition, with the opening of the open call that will select the short films to be screened.
