PAZ will soon host the inaugural class of Rolando Toro's Biodanza System! With a methodology based upon the coherence between music, movement, and experience, this practice offers a path of shared human development which welcomes everyone's own pace, and the most diverse physicalities.

These classes are meant for people 18 and up, led in Portuguese and English, and require no dancing skills.
