BEYOND DRAWING: expression and integration
In this workshop, drawing and other artistic expressions are used as tools for sensory exploration and personal expression.
Under the artistic guidance of Adalgisa de Castro Lopes, participants are invited to experiment with different techniques and materials, observing, feeling, and translating both their surroundings and their inner world.
After the creative moment, Margarida Sanchez leads a session of symbolic integration and creative coaching, helping each participant reflect on the meaning of their process and the traces that emerge — not as an aesthetic evaluation, but as a living expression of emotions, thoughts, and experiences.
This workshop is designed for those who wish to explore drawing as a practice of self-awareness, expression, and personal integration in a warm and supportive environment.
Through artistic experimentation and symbolic reflection, we create space to recognize patterns, emotions, and insights that naturally surface through the act of creating.
More than producing images, it is about building a connection between body, mind, and emotion, cultivating presence, inner listening, and new ways of communicating with oneself and with others.
No previous drawing experience is required — just a willingness to explore, feel, and discover what the creative gesture can reveal.
