Victor Canto began his piano studies in 2005 in Brazil. Currently, he is attending the master’s degree in Piano Performance at the University of Aveiro, under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Álvaro Teixeira Lopes. He has participated in the most important Brazilian concert music festivals, including: Music in the Mountains in Poços de Caldas, the winter festival in Campos do Jordão, Music Festival in Santa Catarina and the Piano Workshop of the University of São Paulo, where in 2023 he was also part of the teaching staff. Of his most recent awards, the 1st place in the Souza Lima 2023 contest stands out. He was also a finalist in the Guiomar Novaes 2022 competition.
