As part of the Afinidades — Contemporary Graphic Practices 2026 programme, registrations are now open for Laminado Gráfico, a Tetrapak printmaking workshop with Júlio Dolbeth and Marta Belkot.

In this workshop, participants explore contemporary intaglio printmaking using Tetrapak cartons as printing matrices. The inner surface of the carton acts as a soft metal plate: a design is incised into it, inked, and transferred onto paper using a hand press.

The workshop departs from the inspiration piece of the Afinidades 2026 programme — an 18th-century glass tankard from the Royal Glass Factory of Coina — to invert the logic of its source object: from transparent to opaque, from enduring to ephemeral, from three-dimensional volume to the flatness of print.

Led by Júlio Dolbeth and Marta Belkot, the workshop is open to the public, with places limited to 14 participants.
