Interactive installation by Porto-based musician and producer Minus & MRDolly
At the Sabores de Sebouh restaurant, everyday life becomes a stage: cutlery, plates, and even the food itself become instruments in a sonic banquet. In this interactive installation, Porto-based musician and producer Minus & MRDolly invites each visitor to explore the space as a living musical score. A MIDI controller connects utensils and food to beats and loops created by the artist—each touch activates or silences a sound fragment, composing a collective and constantly changing piece in real time.
From 7pm to 9pm, amid the clinking of glasses and the aroma of Syrian spices, an improvised orchestra is born where no one needs to know how to play to make music. It is a playful experience, open to all ages, in which each gesture adds a new flavor to the sound of Bombarda.
This event is part of the Pop-Up do Futuro program, an initiative included in Bombarda Digital, a project funded by the Recovery and Resilience Plan, led by the Municipality of Porto in partnership with Porto Digital, Associação Quarteirão Criativo, and AHRESP.
More than a cultural event, Pop-Up do Futuro is a meeting point for residents, visitors, merchants, and creators, consolidating Bombarda as a territory of innovation, diversity, and experimentation.
