Humberto continues to tour with his album Mau Teatro, and on October 17 he will present it in Porto for the first time at RCA - Rádioclube Agramonte. The evening will open with Bar Aberto, the duo formed by Mariana Amaral and Matilde Roselló.
Mau Teatro is Humberto's debut album of original songs. Released on October 15, 2025, and issued through a partnership with Omnichord in May of this year, it was named one of the Best Albums of 2025 by numerous national publications and radio stations. In April of this year, Humberto was awarded the Revelation Prize by Rádio Futura, during a ceremony held at Culturgest in Lisbon.
Bar Aberto
There was a time when some people boldly claimed that, if they practiced enough, they might eventually become something worthwhile. However, anyone who listens to their recently released self-titled debut EP will quickly dismiss such patronizing remarks. These are soaring, deeply felt songs that resonate both emotionally and physically, born from the natural longings and joys of young adulthood experienced by Mariana Amaral and Matilde Roselló. Their vocal harmonies drift between dreamlike tenderness and resigned sorrow, resting on a bed of languid chords shaped by sleepless nights and days marked by the realities of everyday life.
