In July, the Porto Municipal Sound Archive (FMP) is joining forces with the KISMIF Conference 2026 for a special Active Listening session, to be held in the Casa do Infante Auditorium.

As part of the public programme for the exhibition Call of the West by Victor Torpedo, former member of the legendary Tédio Boys, on display there until 30 August, the session invites you to listen to Hu Uá Uá, the debut album by Capitão Fantasma, a band that shares many affinities with the world of the Tédio Boys.

In this Active Listening session, Victor Torpedo will be in conversation with Nazaré and Eduardo Pinela (Capitão Fantasma), Paula Guerra and Andy Bennett. At the end, Caroline Richards’ documentary The Parkinsons: A Long Way to Nowhere (2016) will be screened.
