“Gestos Líquidos” is an immersive performance unfolding in a ritual cadence. Generative systems are used to produce real-time audiovisual elements, mediated through interactions between the performer and the audience. The entire experience is accompanied by a soundscape built around a theremin.
“Guia Meditacional de um Meliante” by ALCRUD3 + Madison Dias
The need to slow down and counteract the constant stimuli to which we are exposed underpins ALCRUD3’s practice. From scarce resources and deliberately archaic methods emerges this auditory guide, conceived primarily to orient the author rather than the listener. The journey moves from a disoriented beginning to a fulfilled ending, as if the guide were responding to itself along the way.
Different musical genres are explored without the intention of fixing or labelling them, approached instead through intuition. Mistakes, detours and wanderings cease to be obstacles and become essential parts of the path, shaping a sonic narrative that privileges process over destination. Accompanied by clarinettist Madison Dias, ALCRUD3 presents his debut album “Guia Meditacional de um Meliante.”
