An art expression workshop to transform grief into creation.
Grief is a unique and profound experience, often difficult to put into words. In this workshop, we explore alternative ways of expression through drawing and dance, allowing the body and hand to become vehicles for processing emotions, memories, and feelings that words cannot hold.
Through movement, we will explore the relationship between body and space, between containment and expansion. In drawing, we will translate sensations into lines, exploring free gestures, intuitive marks, and visual rhythms.
No experience in drawing or dance is needed—just an openness to a moment of inner listening and intuitive creation.
A workshop of dance and drawing to transform absence into presence, the invisible into gesture, and longing into creation.

Adalgisa de Castro Lopes is an architect and a passionate believer in art as a form of expression. With a degree in Architecture, she has been working in the field ever since, having taken a four-year break to dedicate herself to motherhood. She is currently part of the Diogo Aguiar Studio team, where she explores new ways of thinking about architecture.
Beyond architecture, drawing has always been her way of connecting with the world. Her artistic journey led her to share this passion through creative workshops for both adults and children, promoting freedom and authenticity in the creative process.
She believes that the true value of creation lies in the process itself, rather than the final result. For her, mistakes are not obstacles—they are essential parts of learning and experimentation. In her workshops, she challenges norms, encourages creative freedom, and fosters a space where every line is an opportunity for discovery. At the intersection of architecture and art, she finds her most authentic form of expression.
