The sculpture Lover’s Fountain is the main instrument. Wine circulates in a closed system; microphones capture the liquid’s contact with the structure—collisions, vibrations, drags. The sonic material is manipulated in real time by Albert Tannat. A trumpet emerges. The audience serves themselves wine, altering the flow and redefining the composition. Fountain, machine, body, and public interact, producing a piece in continuous mutation.
