There are days that weigh on us. Days when it’s hard to breathe. Days when the world feels small and heavy. But there are also days when we choose to sing. “Yes Days” brings together nearly 50 voices—from ages 6 to 86—in a collective search: what is courage, after all? A performance born from love, passing through fear, childhoods and seas, crossing revolutions, and inviting us to smile—and perhaps even to reflect.

This second work by Coro Coragem is made up of original songs that look at the world from within and without, written by many hands—Regina Guimarães, João Lóio, João Fragoso, Beatriz Rola, Teresa Costa, Fred Menos, Joana Lobo, Nuno Sanches, Tiago Candal, and Joana Raquel—in chorus and for the chorus.
