André Silva | Born in Lisbon, he currently lives and works in Les Cévennes, France. Through walking, repetition, attention, and listening—and with a spirit of adventure—he fills his pockets, notebooks, rolls of film, and recorders. By using photography to immerse himself in the world, drawing as an internal exercise, and sound as an echo of gestures and acoustic phenomena, he discovers a universe composed of the world’s debris—materials he carefully collects only to release them back into the world. His work takes the form of books, drawings, and graphic or sculptural objects, as well as sound creations—whether recorded or performed live.
Mélanie Métier | Architect and sound artist based in Marseille (France). She creates works that engage with and blend the architecture of a place, music, and documentary radio. In her projects, MM focuses on the coherence between the site, the approach, and the works presented there—specifically by shifting our gaze and attention toward hidden locations or the peripheries of others, and toward creations that experiment with, explore, and fully immerse themselves in a given environment.
Vicente Mateus | An artist from Porto based in The Hague, he has a background in visual and sound arts; his work primarily spans the fields of sound and drawing, with drums and percussion playing a central role. He is interested in collaborative and sharing-based practices, using repetition and error as tools to construct objects, sounds, and images. Since 2022, he has been part of the team at Sonoscopia, an organization dedicated to creation, experimentation, and reflection centered on sound.
