This pelvic movement class offers a holistic exploration of the body, combining body awareness, strength training, joint mobility, and focused work on the pelvic floor. Through exercises that promote activation, coordination, relaxation, and the release of tension, participants develop a more informed, functional, and embodied relationship with their pelvic region and with their bodies as a whole.
Drawing inspiration from twerk techniques, hip isolation, and other forms of pelvic movement, the class invites participants to discover the expressive, creative, and vital potential of this area of the body—one that is often shaped by cultural conditioning and patterns of restraint. Movement becomes a tool for empowerment, presence, and greater bodily autonomy.
More than a technical practice, this is a space to celebrate the body in all its forms, rhythms, and possibilities. It is an invitation to inhabit the body with greater freedom, confidence, and pleasure, cultivating a deeper and more authentic connection with oneself through movement.
