Mariana Bento invites Leonor Violeta to participate.

She enjoys being surprised and exploring different approaches, themes, and media, though her work is mainly divided between cut-out/collage experimentation and digital illustration. A common thread in her practice is strong graphic composition, most often colourful. She collaborates with several projects based in the Miguel Bombarda Quarter, namely Galeria Cor Própria – Águas-Furtadas.
In 2021, she was selected to create a mural intervention on Rua da Restauração as part of the Porto Municipality’s Urban Art Programme. In 2023, she was selected to create an artwork for the Acoustic Shell at the Gardens of the Palácio de Cristal, as part of the Porto Book Fair 2023.
