The Coral de Letras da U.Porto, in partnership with University do Porto, is launching a new project for children and young people: CIUP — the Children's Choir of the University of Porto!
If you're between 8 and 17 years old, if you enjoy singing and making friends, sign up for the CIUP auditions, taking place on two Saturdays in September (the 13th and 20th), ahead of rehearsals starting in October. No musical experience is required — the audition is simple!
Artistic direction is led by Pedro Guedes Marques, current director of the Coral de Letras. The CIUP team also includes pianist Filipe Cerqueira, trained activity leaders, and other members of the Coral de Letras.
Registrations are open until 11 September via the form available at www.ciup.pt!
