In this workshop we will start with the foundations of touch: how to notice each sensation, follow impulses with clarity, and let our hands become instruments of awareness. After we’ll follow our curiosity in both touching and being touched. Each role offers subtle different experiences: one cultivates intentional presence and responsive attention, while the other deepens the capacity to receive, trust, and allow.
