On September 12 and 13, Bolhão Market opens its doors to a program dedicated to celebrating the third anniversary of its reopening.
On Friday, the market's restaurants will promote a true sharing of gastronomic knowledge and flavors, with show cooking and conversation. The public will be invited to watch the preparation of delicacies that reveal both tradition and innovation: from the freshness of the Tomato Salad with Preserved Sardines, by the Peixe no Mercado restaurant, to the creativity of the Cauliflower Cutlet, prepared by Casa Vegetariana. There will also be room for a timeless classic with the Cult of Cod, which brings the emblematic Bacalhau à Gomes de Sá to the kitchen.
And because Bolhão is also a stage for dialogue and reflection, Café D. Gina is promoting the conversation “The Challenges of People Management in the Restaurant Industry,” a moment to think about the sector from the inside.
