Organisation:

• The competitions on the Agenda Porto account on the Instagram social network are organised by Ágora - Cultura e Desporto do Porto, E.M.

  Conditions of Participation:

  The competition is open to all Instagram users over the age of 18 living in Portugal.

• 
  

  Ágora employees and their immediate families are excluded from taking part in the competition.

• 
  

  Participation in the competitions implies full and unreserved acceptance of these regulations.

Competition Rules:

• On an irregular basis, Agenda Porto will post questions on its Instagram posts related to the theme of the competition.

• The winners will be selected on the basis of the speed and correctness of their answers.

• The Organisation reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the rules of the competition or uses fraudulent means to participate.

Prizes:

• Prizes will be awarded according to criteria outlined in the original post.

• The prizes will be publicised in the initial publication of the competition and may vary from edition to edition.

• Prizes are not transferable or convertible into cash.

Announcement of Winners:

• Winners will be contacted via private message on Instagram.

• If a winner does not respond to the Organisation's message within 48 hours, they will forfeit their right to the prize and a new winner will be selected.

Final Provisions:

• The Organisation reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the competition at any time in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.

• Participation in the competition implies express authorisation for participants to use their name and image in any promotional materials related to the competition, without any additional compensation.

• These regulations may be amended by the Organisation at any time, by notifying the participants.
