A 3-hour workshop where you'll create your own flip book – a small notebook with a sequence of illustrations made by you. This is a fun analog animation technique where a character (created by you) goes through a process of birth and transformation. When the pages are flipped, it creates the illusion of movement.

We’ll start with a short creative writing exercise to spark your imagination. Then, using a black pen, ink stains and textures, manual printing techniques like foam stamp printing, and a small hand-bound notebook, we’ll bring your character to life. This character can represent parts of yourself, masks, emotional states, personified animals, or even archetypes that resonate with you.

Each page brings a change, a gesture, a new movement!
No need for prior knowledge in drawing, illustration, or animation – I’ll guide you through it!
