Throughout the session, participants will learn and build a choreography in a progressive way. Therefore, the activity is suitable for beginner and intermediate level practitioners who wish to develop their dance skills. UPFit Dance Labs stand out for providing a closer and more dedicated learning experience. Furthermore, each edition allows you to delve into a specific style and develop skills such as coordination, rhythm, body expression, and interpretation.

The initiative takes place on October 17th, between 10 am and 12 pm, at CDUP-FADEUP. For two hours, instructor Hélène Oliveira will guide participants in exploring the energy, musicality, and language of Afrobeat.

Registration is online through a specific form. However, places are limited. Participation costs 8 euros for UPFit members and 10 euros for non-members.
