The UPFit Dance Lab returns to CDUP-FADEUP on November 21st, from 10 am to 12 pm, for a creative experience focused on contemporary dance. Led by instructor Marta Aguilar, this fourth edition challenges participants to explore movement, emotional expression, and collaborative artistic creation. Throughout the session, participants will be invited to integrate a co-creation process of a contemporary dance choreography, discovering new ways to communicate through the body. Furthermore, the activity proposes an exploration of movement as a tool for expression, reflection, and sharing.

Registration for the fourth UPFit Dance Lab is online via a form. Participation costs €8 for UPFit members, €10 for the U.Porto community, and €12.50 for external participants.
