In Belgrade, during World War II, a group of Yugoslav resistance fighters take refuge in an underground shelter to withstand Nazi bombings, beginning to manufacture weapons. One of them is the sole contact with the outside and begins to profit from trafficking the weapons they make, and decades later, continues to claim the war is ongoing.
