This workshop will be a vinyasa yoga practice, accessible to all bodies, with or without experience.
We begin with pranayama, breathing techniques that help calm the mind and awaken vital energy.
We continue with the practice of asana, a set of fluid and conscious postures that strengthen, stretch and balance the body.
We end in shavasana, the final relaxation, which allows us to integrate the effects of the practice and find a deep state of stillness and presence.
