Did you know that the body has its own language? What is created when you follow your flow?
Picture yourself lying on a big piece of paper, moving in sync with the natural rhythm of your body. Every movement leaves behind a trace of chalk, forming your own unique geometry. We will be using the Feldenkrais method, in which space isn't just structured – it's transformed by your body gestures.
From the initial drawing, you then add color to illustrate your feelings. With this composition, you immortalize the spontaneity and fluidity of the body moving in harmony with the space and the materials used.

The Organizers
Nicole Schumann-Sizaret is a certified teacher of the Feldenkrais Method. Her specialization is expressing our creative skills through conscious exploration of movement.
Séverine Morizet is a graphic designer, hypnotherapist and artistic mediator. She accompanies you throughout your creative process to allow a new perspective on your creation and yourself.
