Surma (Concert: Installation)

Starting from the unlikely bond of a trio brought together to explore the boundaries of alla songs, Surma, João Hasselberg, and Pedro Melo Alves push new limits for the live concert experience, inviting the audience to immerse themselves in the trio’s own interaction. The stage setup will not follow the usual format, offering the audience the opportunity to experience up close a set inspired by alla and adapted into a concert-as-installation format.

Adding to the sensory experience, lighting designer Ângela Bismarck has created a design specifically for this show, using materials that amplify the dynamics of the live performance. Light will be used strategically as an extension of the performance, creating a visually immersive atmosphere. A unique concert not to be missed!
