Participants are taken to see and hear the amphibians of the Horto das Virtudes, one of the few places in Porto where it is still possible to hear the calls of the parrot frog, a species of amphibian with very protective parents, or to see the striking yellow-spotted salamander. This is also an opportunity to rediscover the landscaped terraces overlooking the River Douro, created by the landscape gardener José Marques Loureiro (1830-1898) for the then Companhia Hortícola Portuense.
