For the fourth consecutive year, the city of Porto will host the RIDE AND ROSES EVENT (RARE), a charity event that promises a special day for women who are currently fighting or have overcome breast cancer. The event is part of “Pink October”, a worldwide campaign aimed at raising awareness of breast cancer prevention and the importance of early diagnosis.

Ride and Roses is much more than just a motorcycle ride through the city of Porto. It is a tribute to women affected by breast cancer. The event brings together motorcycle enthusiasts and the wider community in a gesture of support and solidarity.

You can take part on your own, with a passenger, or by taking a Rose on your motorcycle — a woman who is currently fighting or has fought breast cancer.

Your participation also helps support the Liga Portuguesa Contra o Cancro- Núcleo Regional do Norte, where the motorcycle ride starts and finishes, followed by a gathering for all participants and the Roses.
