The organic produce fair at the Núcleo Rural do Parque da Cidade do Porto takes place every Saturday morning from 08:30 to 13:30. With the participation of more than a dozen farmers from different regions, from Minho to the lands of Basto, all certified for organic production, at this market you can buy fruit, vegetables, pulses, jams or bread directly from the producers. What's more, this market takes place outdoors, which makes it an alternative to closed shopping centres, and it's also a great excuse to take a stroll through the huge garden that is the city park.
