Urban Gardens: Principles and Practices of Agroecology
What if your food could grow from your own hands?
What if, even in the city and with limited space, you could cultivate life, health, and autonomy every day?
This workshop is an invitation to reconnect with nature, transform your daily life, and discover that it is possible to grow your own food in a simple and creative way.
Saturday: 10:00–12:00
Sunday: 14:00–16:00
Morning – 10:00 to 12:00
Growing in containers & creating with the soil
We will learn how to grow food in small spaces, combining different species and reimagining materials with an artistic perspective.
More than planting, you will create:
small ecosystems that nourish both the body and the eyes,
allowing you to harvest fresh food every day.
Afternoon – 14:00 to 16:00
Composting – Getting to know the soil
We will learn how to work with organic matter in a conscious way, understanding how it can transform from waste into a rich, nutritious, and fragrant compost.
A simple yet powerful process that directly contributes to improving how organic waste is handled in cities, while helping you produce your own fertilizer.
More autonomy, less waste, and a deeper connection with natural cycles.
