Coliseu and Porto City Council present Primeira Box — a music cycle that opens the new Coliseu Box stage to emerging bands and artists, and a real chance to discover some of the best underground acts Porto has to offer.

The programme is curated by musician, DJ and producer João Vieira (DJ Kitten / X-Wife), together with Coliseu.

With Coliseu Box, new possibilities open up for an encounter between Porto's underground music scene and the scale and technical capabilities of one of the country's most important concert venues — a rare window into the city's musical energy for audiences who might not otherwise cross paths with it.

On 12 October, alternative rock takes over the space, with the bands: Conferência Inferno, Marquise and Summer of Hate.

Each night brings three concerts by three distinct artists, spanning multiple sonic territories.
